If you arrive late for an appointment, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate you, but we cannot guarantee that the full service can be completed within the original time window. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments when necessary.

Please provide accurate contact information when booking so that we can reach you if there is a change to your appointment. If we need to reschedule due to weather, equipment or staffing, we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange a new time.

6. Pricing and Payment

You should inform us of any pre-existing damage, loose parts, aftermarket modifications, or known issues with your vehicle before service begins. While we handle every vehicle with care, we cannot be responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions or by vehicle parts that are already damaged or weakened.

By leaving your vehicle with us for service, you represent that you are the owner or an authorized user of the vehicle. We may refuse to service a vehicle if we believe, in our reasonable judgment, that doing so could damage the vehicle, our equipment or our staff.
