Do I need an appointment, or can I drop in? +
Walk-ins are welcome for our express and full detail packages whenever a bay is free. For the premium package or larger vehicles, we recommend booking ahead so we can reserve the extra time your vehicle needs.
How long does a wash take? +
An express wash typically takes around 20 minutes. A full detail usually runs 45 to 60 minutes, and the premium package can take up to two hours depending on the condition of the interior.
How does the monthly membership work? +
Members pay a flat monthly rate and receive a set number of washes each month, plus a discount on detailing and add-on services. You can pause or cancel with notice, and there is no long-term lock-in.
Are your products safe for my paint? +
Yes. We use pH-balanced foams, soft mitts and gentle waxes that are designed to protect clear coat rather than strip it. Our team is trained to adjust the approach based on your vehicle condition.
What is included in the premium package? +
The premium package covers everything in the full detail plus a deep interior shampoo and an optional ceramic sealant upgrade. It is our most complete service for vehicles that need a full refresh.
Do you handle larger vehicles and SUVs? +
We do. Trucks, SUVs and vans are welcome. Larger vehicles may carry a small surcharge to reflect the extra time and product required, and we will always confirm the price before we start.
What payment methods do you accept? +
We accept all major credit cards, debit and contactless payments. Memberships are billed monthly and can be managed directly with our team.
What if I am not happy with the result? +
Tell us before you leave and we will make it right on the spot. Our final inspection is designed to catch issues early, but we stand behind every wash and will redo any area that does not meet our standard.
